Class Placement & Attire
Class Placement
Dance is for everyone! From our 3-8 year-olds in Combination classes, to our advanced Level V dancers, there is a class for you. Anyone ENROLLED in a dance class at RRRDC is considered A DANCER.
Class Placement is based on age and experience. All advanced level classes are either by teacher recommendations and/or audition. Every dancer reaches peaks and plateaus throughout their training. This should not distract from the satisfaction and confidence of reaching individual dance goals.

• Combination Classes (ages 3-8, Level I-IV)
• Creative Movement Classes (ages 2-3)
• Ballet (ages 8 & up, Level I-V, also Pre-Pointe & Pointe)
• Ballet (ages 8 & up, Level I-V, also Pre-Pointe & Pointe)
• Ballet (ages 8 & up, Level I-V, also Pre-Pointe & Pointe)
• Tap (ages 8 & up, Level I-V)
• Jazz (pre-jazz for ages 5-7 and 8 & up, Level I-V)

At a Glance Weekly Schedule
Parent Observation is encouraged! Our front studio accommodates observation through the viewing window. The back studio provides observation in that studio the 2nd CLASS OF EACH MONTH. SPECIAL VISITATIONS occur throughout the session.
Class Attire
Dancers must wear appropriate DANCE ATTIRE.
Combination Class
• Any style or color leotard or unitard. Although tights are preferred, socks
are acceptable. NO PANTY HOSE.
• BLACK TAP shoes SECURED WITH ELASTIC in eyelet.
• Girls: PINK BALLET SHOES (no satin ballet slippers).
• Boys: BLACK BALLET SHOES
Creative Movement Class and WordSteps Program
• Comfortable school clothes that is easy to move freely in and can get dirty
Ballet
• Any style, solid color leotard or unitard.
• TIGHTS are required (pink, black or suntan).
• PINK SPLIT SOLE ballet shoes.
• Chiffon skirts are acceptable. NO PANTY HOSE.
Jazz
• Any style and color leotard or unitard.
• BLACK or solid color jazz pants.
• BLACK jazz shoes.
Tap
• Any style and color leotard or unitard.
• Jazz pants and tap shorts are acceptable.
• BLACK "Tap/Jazz" shoes with a strong shank are recommended.
Modern/Lyrical
• Same as JAZZ.
• Barefoot or Instructor will recommend shoes.
Hip Hop
• Let your imagination go wild and funky for dance attire!
• BLACK JAZZ SNEAKERS or REGULAR SNEAKERS.
*ALL HAIR should be pulled back and off the neck.
*NO SCRUNCHIES!
*LABEL ALL SHOES!!!
*WE RECOMMEND A COVER-UP TO / FROM CLASS.
