Schedule of Fees
Registration Fee - $40 per family - Registration fees are a one-time annual fee due at the time of sign up.
Costume Fees - $25 costume deposit per child/per class. 2011-2012 is an "informal" costume year. The fee is due by November 1, 2011. - RRRDC will order costume and/or accessories per class, per dancer by December 1, 2011.
- Invoices are mailed and costume balances are due by Jan. 30, 2012.
- Costume fees are non-refundable.
Recital Fee - $40 per family.
- Payment for this fee is due by December 9, 2011.
- Recital Fees cover the rental cost of the auditorium, stage crew, scenery and programs.
- Recital fees are non-refundable.
- We do not sell tickets and encourage you to bring as many people as possible!
Late Fees
- Tuition paid after the 15th of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee.
- We love what we do and love your business! However, we are just that--a business, required to meet many financial obligations. Your timeliness on payments benefits all.
Missed Classes
- Absences due to illness or personal vacations should be and are encouraged to be made up within four (4) weeks.
- These can be coordinated with the teacher or with the office.
- We do NOT pro-rate tuition for missed classes.
Drop & Withdrawl Policy
- Should you decide to drop a class or discontinue dance at RRRDC we must have written notification of the drop. Otherwise, we will continue to bill you for tuition.
- The registration form you sign upon enrollment is a legal agreement between the signer and Round Rock Repertory Dance Centre.
- Should you drop between December and May the balance on any costume and/or accessories is still required and the items are yours to keep.
TUITION RATES
- Sessions are Fall(September-December), Spring (January-May), Year (September-May) & Summer (6 weeks, June & July).
- Tuition can be paid per session, year or broken down per month.
- There is a 5% discount if tuition is paid for by session or year.
- For tuition pricing for more than 5.75 hours please call the office.
